Imaginea Romaniei in lume - intre realitate si perspective

      Larg dezbatuta in aproape toate mediile societatii romanesti, chestiunea promovarii imaginii Romaniei in lume tinde sa devina treptat o adevarat problema, mai ales daca e sa tinem cont de finalitatea tuturor demersurilor in aceasta directie. De cele mai multe ori, solutiile propuse au avut ca rezultat sosirea in tara a unui numar de straini ingrijorator de mic, in ciuda sumelor mari investite in campaniile de promovare.
      Responsabilii din domeniu au incercat sa obtina rezultate spectaculoase prin adoptarea unor solutii din import, cum ar fi crearea unor parcuri de distractie sofisticate sau modernizarea unor obiective turistice dupa modele occidentale, ignorand traditiile sau estetica locala a acestor atractii. In dorinta de a atrage cat mai multi turisti straini, s-au cheltuit sume imense iar rezultatele au fost cu mult sub asteptari. O explicatie ar fi si lipsa unui control eficient al autoritatilor in domeniu, in ce priveste preturile si calitatea oferite. Cei mai multi operatori sunt particulari si isi stabilesc singuri tarifele, fara nici o legatura cu oferta reala ( calitate, servicii ), incercand nu sa faca turism de calitate ci sa speculeze o serie de atractii turistice in interesul lor pur material. De aceea se impune o strategie nationala concreta in promovarea turismului, in care rolul statului ar trebui mult mai evident conturat. Exista suficiente exemple in acest sens, in care statul ofera subventii celor care promoveaza turismul national ( Grecia, Turcia si chiar Bulgaria ).
      Ingrijoratoare este si situatia existenta la nivelul turistilor romani care prefera destinatii interne. Cele mai multe firme de turism romanesti si-au orientat cu precadere activitatea spre ticketing-ul aerian extern, raspunzand insa unor cerinte comerciale avantajoase pentru activitatea lor. Din pacate, potentialul turistic intern nu este nici pe departe valorificat corespunzator. Mirajul Occidentului se maifesta si in turism, chiar daca nu exista o baza morala solida in acest sens.
      Una dintre solutiile pe care eu o consider ca fiind deosebit de oportuna pentru Romania este cea a redescoperirii valorilor traditional-spirituale romanesti. In perspectiva integrarii Romaniei in Uniunea Europeana trebuie avute in vedere o serie de repere economice si sociale care vor avea menirea sa ne asigure identitatea si dupa mult dorita intrare in structurile europene. Cum sectorul industrial nu ne asigura prea multe sanse de reusita, consider ca activitatile agricole si turismul sunt elemente sigure si certe pentru viitorul nostru. Noi trebuie sa valorificam pe deplin avantajele geografice iar cele doua domenii de activitate deja precizate au sanse mari sa raspunda cerintelor noastre pe termen lung.
      In ceea ce priveste turismul, consider ca trebuie promovate constant valorile noastre traditional -spirituale. Lacasurile de cult, monumentele naturale, bucataria traditionala, arta si creatia populara - sunt doar cateva dintre reperele care ne vor ajuta sa ne facem cunoscuti in lume. Sunt valori certe, cu valoare incontestabila si fac parte din mentalul nostru colectiv. Ele ne reprezinta cel mai bine in fata oaspetilor si descriu fidel trairile si constiinta noastra nationala. In fata acestora, eforturile de modernizare fortata a patrimoniului turistic romanesc incep sa piarda din legitimitate.
      Strainii trebuie sa ne cunoasca traditiile, obiceiurile si istoria pentru a ne respecta si pentru a renunta la prejudecati legate de romani si Romania. Imaginea defavorabila creata trebuie schimbata prin promovarea valorilor traditionale romanesti, efort care nu presupune nicidecum mari cheltuieli, in comparatie cu diversele programe derulate pana in prezent.

      Pagina a fost creata pentru a infatisa potentialul turistic traditional din zona Bucovinei si pentru a atrage oaspetii straini si romani in aceasta parte a tarii, incarcata de traditie si istorie.
      Aici veti descoperi informatii detaliate despre istoria locurilor, despre principalele obiective turistice precum si o gama variata de circuite, menite sa prezinte cele mai valoroase atractii ale zonei. Ne propunem sa intampinam oaspetii nostrii ca turisti si sa ne putem desparti de ei prieteni, convinsi ca eforturile noastre le vor aduce satisfactia unui sejur de neuitat in Romania !




The Romania's image in the world - between reality and perspectives

      Strongly debated in almost all the Romanian society, the promoting issue of Romania's image in the world slowly become a real problem, especially if we see the results of all the efforts in this way.
      Many times, despite of all the founds and promoting campaigns have been used, the only result is a small number of foreign tourists arriving in Romania in the last years. The authorities has tried to obtain spectacular results by using foreign solutions, such as the modernizing of some travel objectives after Occidental methods or creating some special parks and ignoring the design and the traditions of that objectives. A lot of amounts has been invested in order to attract the tourists in Romania but the results are under the expectations. One possible answer is the missing control of the state authority into the prices and the quality strategy.
      Most of the travel operators are private and they create themselves the prices, with no connection with the real services ( prices, quality ), but only speculating the travel attractions for their own good. That is why we need a clear national strategy in the Romanian tourism, in which the state must have a real influence. There are enough examples where the state spend lot of subventions in order to promote the national tourism ( Greece, Turkey and even Bulgaria ).
      A real alarming situation exist even for the Romanian tourists, who prefer Romanian travel destinations. Most of the Romanian travel operators prefer activities such the plane-ticketing, answering in this way to some commercial needs. Unfortunately, the travel possibilities of Romania are not used at the real level. The mirage of the West is obvious in tourism too, even if there is not a moral base in this matter.
      One of the solutions which I considered to be extremely opportune is the re-discover of the Romania traditional and spiritual values. Looking thru the perspective of the Romania's integration in the E.U., we must see some economic and social points, which will help us to keep the identity in the European structures. The industrial sector will not give us real chances in the futures and that is why I think that the agriculture and the tourism will assure our future. We must take advantage of the Geographic position and the agriculture and the tourism will be, for us, some of the trustful things in the long future.
      Speaking about the tourism, I think we must promote constantly our traditional and spiritual values. The religious places, the natural monuments, the traditional kitchen, the art and the folk creation are just some of the points who will make us known all over the world. These are real values, with a unhestimated value and are part of our commune mentality. These values are representing us the most in the eyes of our guests and describes very well our life and our national conscience. In front of these values, all the efforts for modernism begin to loose the sense.
      The foreign tourists must know our traditions, our customs and our history in order to respect us and to give up all the prejudices about Romania and the Romanians. The negative imagine we still have must be changed by promoting the Romanian traditional values and this effort is not presuming lot of money, such are the other developed programs.
